Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Service Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Made-to-Order Products

Many items offered by CD Cassimere Arts & Crafts™ are produced on demand. This helps reduce waste while allowing us to offer a growing collection of artwork, gifts, apparel, stationery, and home décor.

Because products are created specifically for each customer, processing times may vary slightly by product type.

Delays

CD Cassimere Arts & Crafts™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
